Voz Luis Sanchez is an entrepreneur, bilingual public speaker, business builder, United States Army veteran, media personality, artist, father, and community connector based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is Co Owner of Plexus Group, founder of Lucha Libre Voz, principal of Luis Jaime Sanchez PLLC, host of the I AM VOZ Podcast, and an official Ambassador for the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
His path has never followed a single lane. He became a father at seventeen, served in the Army, studied information security and business, built experience across technology, real estate, marketing, sales, live entertainment, and community engagement, and spent more than fourteen years developing Lucha Libre Voz. He also mentored participants in El Paso's Young Fathers Project from 2003 to 2005.
His professional foundation spans technology, cybersecurity, business, military technical training, and Arizona real estate. That range gives him an unusual ability to connect strategy with the systems, communication, discipline, and human relationships required to execute it.
Outside the boardroom and stage, Voz paints, writes poetry, plays guitar, performs as a DJ, practices Jiu Jitsu, and studies Native and Toltec philosophies with humility and respect. He does not present himself as a spiritual authority. He approaches ancestral knowledge as a lifelong student seeking discipline, responsibility, balance, and a deeper relationship with identity.
Across every role, fatherhood remains his foundation. His work is an ongoing attempt to build something useful, truthful, and worthy of the people who depend on him.
